摘    要:带受力盘塑料套管混凝土桩(简称带受力盘TC桩)是在塑料套管现浇混凝土桩(TC桩)的基础上发展而来的,近年逐渐在上海等地得到应用。与不带受力盘TC桩相比,间隔设置的受力盘改变了整根桩的承载特性,然而针对带受力盘TC桩的研究尚少。通过现场静载试验,对比带受力盘和不带受力盘的TC桩的荷载-沉降曲线,分析带受力盘和不带受力盘TC桩的桩身轴力和侧摩阻力的变化规律。试验结果表明:受力盘单盘阻力随深度递减;带受力盘TC桩和普通TC桩承载力的发挥都主要来源于桩身下部分,其中普通TC桩上部荷载主要集中传递到了11~18 m范围内;而带受力盘TC桩虽然桩身下部起到了大部分承压作用;但是与普通TC桩相比,桩身上部类侧摩阻力发挥明显。

Abstract:The Plastic tube cast-in-place concrete pile with supporting disc (TC pile with disc for short), one of the derivative technologies in plastic tube cast-in-place concrete pile (TC pile for short), has been gradually applied in Shanghai in recent years.Compared with TC pile,It changes the bearing performance by setting interval disc,however we do the research on it are very little .This paper conducts a test of static experimental,to compare the load settlement curve between TC pile with disc and TC pile,to analyse the variation of axial force of pile and the side mold resistance between TC pile with disc and TC pile. Test results show that single-disc drag force plate diminishing with depth. Bearing capacity came mainly from the lower part of pile body between TC pile with disc and TC pile,TC pile which upper load transfer to the main foucs within the range 11-18m,although most of the lower pressure play role in TC pile with disc,the upper skin friction of TC pile with disc play a significant.
