摘    要:为了解决某新开发轿车排气系统悬挂点的布置问题,利用有限元软件建立了考虑动力总成的排气系统有限元模型。通过试验模态分析的方法验证了所建立有限元模型的有效性。采用平均驱动自由度的方法(ADDOFD),对排气系统的悬挂点进行了布置,并且通过排气系统静力分析和振动分析进行验证。仿真结果说明:采用ADDOFD方法确定排气系统悬挂点的位置是可行的,对排气系统的开发设计具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to solveSthe hanger layout problem of a new developed car exhaust system, the finite element model of the automotive exhaust system including powertrain was established. The correctness of the finite element model was verified by means of experimental modal analysis. Using average driving DOF displacement (ADDOFD) method, the hanger Location was arranged. The static and vibration analysis of the exhaust system was carried out to verify the hanger layout. The simulation results show that using ADDOFD method to determine the hanger position of the exhaust system is feasible. It has importantSguiding significanceStoStheSdevelopment and design ofSthe exhaust system.
