摘    要:对2A12-T4与2A12-O铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头试样进行拉伸试验,研究不同强度匹配条件下搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的拉伸性能。针对接头组织非均质导致的变形不均匀问题,采用数字图像相关技术(DIC)与等应力假设相结合进行分析,定量得到了接头各区域的应力应变响应。结果表明焊接接头的应变分布存在显著差异,且断裂位置与组织非均匀性有关,2A12-T4应变集中发生在热机影响区与热影响区并断裂于热机影响区附近,2A12-O母材区出现应变集中并最终断裂。使用ABAQUS模拟接头试样拉伸过程中的变形行为,对比发现数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合度良好。

Abstract:Tensile tests on 2A12-T4 and 2A12-O aluminum alloy welded joints were carried out, the tensile properties of welded joints with different strength mismatch ratios were studied. Aiming at the problem of uneven deformation caused by the heterogeneous structure of the joint, the digital image correlation technology (DIC) is combined with the iso-stress hypothesis method for the analysis. The results show that the strain distribution of the welded joints has significant differences, and the fracture location of the joints is related to he non-uniformity .For the 2A12-T4, strain concentration occurs in the thermo-mechanical affected zone and the heat affected zone, and finally breaks near the thermo-mechanical affected zone. The strain of 2A12-O is concentrated in the base metal and finally breaks there. The stress-strain response of each region of the joint was quantitatively obtained. Using ABAQUS to simulate the deformation behavior of the joint during the tensile process, it is found that the numerical simulation results agree well with the test results.
