基于三菱控制器的导管座圈装配控制系统

摘    要:发动机缸盖进排气孔的导管和座圈装配质量直接影响整机动力性能.三菱发动机装配控制系统中的压力位移监控部分由德国试达默公司的压力位移传感器和研华公司的模拟量采集卡PCI1710构成.监控软件采用VB开发,相关数据存储在工控机的数据库中,并且通过数字量采集卡PCI1713实现与PLC控制系统信号交互.该系统完全实现了装配过程中的压力位移实时监控,较之德国试达默公司的压力位移监控器每套装置节省成本三万元左右.

Abstract:Abstract: The assemble process of Conduit and Seat Ring belong to cylinder header will do an important influence on the whole motor power performance. The pressure and depth monitoring system in the control system consist pressure and depth sensor produced by Germany STAMO and ADVANTECH analog data acquisition card-PCI1710. The monitoring software is developed in VB and the relevant data are stored in database. ET200M and digital colleting card PCI1713 are used to communication between the PLC control system and the data collecting system. Compared with Germany Staiger pressure and displacement monitoring instrument, the device could realize monitoring function completely, and the device cost drops by about thirty thousands Yuan.
