摘    要:针对多轮次蒸汽吞吐井储层条件变差、周期产量递减快的问题,开展了井下自生泡沫辅助蒸汽吞吐技术研究。主要进行了自生气源催化反应控制、抗高温起泡剂筛选及自生泡沫体系配方的优化研究。优化后的配方中各种药剂的质量分数如下:NaNO2(20wt%)、NH4Cl(16wt%)、AOS(0.3wt%)、CH3COOH(0.02wt%)。在辽河油田3口蒸汽吞吐井进行了现场试验,试验周期稠油产量较上周期增加21.76%~29.71%,增产效果明显。

Abstract:Reservoir condition often became harsh after multi cycle steam stimulates and the cyclic production of heavy oil decline rapidly at the same time.Therefore,a new oil recovery method,in-situ foam generating system,was studied.The control technology of acid catalytic reaction for in-situ gas generating was researched firstly.Anti-high temperature foaming agent and in-situ foam generating system were studied secondly.The optimization content of the foam self-generating system is 20wt%NaNO2,16wt%NH4Cl,0.3wt%AOS,and 0.02wt%CH3COOH.Finally,a field test is conducted in Liaohe oilfield.The heavy oil production is enhanced by 21.76%~29.71% in this field test more than last producing cycle.
