掺锂渣再生混凝土弹性模量及应力-应变曲线试验

摘    要:通过改变锂渣掺量及再生粗骨料取代率,对混凝土进行轴心抗压试验。确定其弹性模量、峰值应变的计算公式;分析应力-应变曲线和应力比-泊松比曲线的变化规律;建立掺锂渣再生混凝土的本构关系。结果表明,适量再生粗骨料和锂渣可以有效提高混凝土弹性模量、峰值应力和峰值应变。再生粗骨料取代率是30%,锂渣掺量是20%时,其弹性模量和峰值应力较未掺锂渣的普通混凝土增长17.22%和48.2%。

Abstract:Through changing the lithium slag content and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, we have an axial compressive test of concrete. Determine the calculation formula of elastic modulus and peak strain of concrete; analysis the variation law of stress-strain curve and stress ratio-Poisson ratio curve; establish the constitutive relation of recycled concrete incorporated lithium slag. The results show that the concrete which incorporated an amount of recycled coarse aggregate and lithium slag can effectively improve the elastic modulus, peak stress and peak strain. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30% and the lithium slag content is 20%, the elastic modulus and peak stress are increased by 17.22% and 48.2% than the ordinary concrete which is not incorporated lithium slag.
