摘    要:为进一步提高涡轮叶片可测量温度,通常在叶片表面涂氧化铝涂层以固定和保护热电偶。目前,涂层对叶片热电偶温度测量结果的影响尚不十分清楚。本文基于瞬态热-流耦合理论,采用有限元/边界元方法,对12种不同类型的直板叶片进行瞬态热冲击数值仿真。针对涂层叶片和无涂层叶片在同样边界条件下展开测点温度变化研究,考虑气动、涂层及叶片结构对测点温度的影响。结果表明,隔热涂层的存在对叶片瞬态温度测量结果影响较大,这种影响会随着安装角的增加而减小。隔热层对叶片稳定后的温度场影响较小,但测点温度在叶片整体温度稳定后也会在一个很小的范围内产生变化,对于高精度温度测量而言这种影响将不可忽略,需要针对具体叶形开展进一步的研究。

Abstract:In order to improve the measured temperature of vanes, alumina coating is usually applied on the vane surface to fix and protect the thermocouple. At present, it is not clear how coating influence the temperature measurement of vane. Based on the transient thermal-fluid coupling theory, the finite element/boundary element method was used to simulate the transient thermal shock of 12 kinds of straight vane. The temperature changes at the measuring points of coated vanes and uncoated vanes were studied under the same boundary conditions, and the influence of aerodynamics, coating and vane structure on the temperature at the measuring points was considered. The numerical results showed that the thermal insulation coating has a great influence on the transient temperature measurement of the vane, and the influence decreases with the increase of the installation Angle. The thermal insulation layer has little influence on the temperature field after the vane is stabilized, but the temperature at the measuring point will also change within a small range after the overall temperature of the blade is stabilized. For high-precision temperature measurement, such influence cannot be ignored, and further research on specific vane shape is required.
