摘    要:统计数据常作为基础数据参与经济维度、社会维度和生态维度方面的审计,但其不能精确地刻画细粒度区域之间的差异,因此空间对审计结果的影响常被人们忽略。基于空间数据和统计数据,本文综合考虑区域间自然环境差异,引入生态敏感性和生态系统服务价值进行生态效益审计,这是一个新的研究思路。本文运用GIS技术,在生态敏感性分区的基础上从时空维度把握土地利用和生态系统服务价值的特征及其变化情况。结果表明:高度和极度敏感区域水域生态系统服务价值有大幅增加,轻度敏感区域耕地生态系统服务价值呈现减少的态势,轻度和高度敏感区域未利用地生态系统服务价值保持稳定状态,其他敏感区域生态系统服务价值均有所减少。生态系统服务价值减少使得生态安全呈现不稳定状态。

Abstract:Statistical data often participate in the audit of economic, social and ecological dimensions as basic data, but it can not accurately depict the differences between fine-grained regions, so the impact of space on audit results is often ignored. Based on spatial data and statistical data, this paper comprehensively considers the differences of natural environment between regions, and introduces ecological sensitivity and ecosystem service value to audit ecological benefits, which is a new research idea. This paper uses GIS technology to grasp the characteristics and changes of land use and ecosystem service value from space-time dimension on the basis of eco-sensitive zoning. The results showed that the ecosystem service value of waters in highly and extremely sensitive regions increased significantly, the ecosystem service value of cultivated land in mildly sensitive regions decreased, the ecosystem service value of unused land in mildly and highly sensitive regions remained stable, and the ecosystem service value of other sensitive regions decreased. The decrease of ecosystem service value makes ecological security unstable.
