混合动力车辆永磁同步轮毂电机转速自抗扰控制

摘    要:为解决复杂扰动条件下混合动力车辆永磁同步轮毂电机转速跟踪精度不高的问题,建立了永磁同步轮毂电机转速自抗扰控制系统模型,进行了自抗扰控制参数整定。分别在负载转矩扰动和模型失配扰动条件下,研究了自抗扰控制下永磁同步轮毂电机转速响应情况,并与优化调整参数的PID控制器的仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:自抗扰控制在提升永磁同步轮毂电机转速响应快速性和减小转速超调方面的独特优势。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the speed tracking accuracy of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Wheel Hub Motor (PMSWHM) for hybrid electric vehicles is not high under complex disturbance conditions, the model of PMSWHM speed Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) system is established and the ADRC parameters are set. Under the condition of load torque disturbance and model mismatch disturbance, the rotational response of PMSWHM under ADRC is studied, and it is compared with the simulation results of PID controller with optimized parameters. The results show that the ADRC has the unique advantage of improving the speed response and reducing the speed overshoot of PMSWHM.
