表面涂覆活性凝胶聚合物暂堵剂的研究与应用

以聚乙烯醇、骨胶和苯甲酸为固相材料,采用具有表面活性的单体和丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸钠进行共聚得到的活性聚合物对粉状固体表面进行包覆,通过有机硅改性处理得到一种水溶性暂堵剂WRP,测试了暂堵剂的悬浮性、水溶性以及抗温性能,通过驱替实验测试了暂堵和解堵性能。实验结果表明,该暂堵剂水溶率大于95%,可耐260℃高温,悬浮分散性能好,在岩心中注入8倍孔隙体积的0.4%暂堵剂后,暂堵率与水驱解堵率均大于95%,突破压力高达6.2 MPa。并将其应用于赵凹油田的安2117井进行了现场实验,加入暂堵剂后压力上升6.3 MPa,达到暂堵效果和解堵效果,实现了裂缝的暂堵转向。

Research and application of surface-coated active gel polymer temporary plugging agent

Using polyvinyl alcohol, bone glue and benzoic acid as solid phase materials, the surface of the powdery solid is coated with a living polymer obtained by copolymerization of a surface-active monomer with acrylamide and sodium acrylate, and is obtained by silicone modification treatment. A water-soluble temporary blocking agent WRP tested the suspension, water solubility and temperature resistance of the temporary plugging agent. The temporary plugging and plugging performance was tested by displacement test. The experimental results show that the temporary plugging agent has a water solubility rate greater than 95%. It can withstand high temperature of 260 °C and has good suspension and dispersion performance. After injecting 8 times pore volume of 0.4% temporary plugging agent into the core, the temporary plugging rate and water flooding blocking rate are both greater than 95%, and the breakthrough pressure is as high as 6.2MPa. It was applied to the An 217 well in Zhaogou Oilfield for on-site experiment. After the temporary plugging agent was added, the pressure increased by 6.3 MPa to achieve the temporary plugging effect and the plugging effect, and the temporary plugging of the crack was realized.
