ns级激光脉冲作用下CCD响应的实验研究

摘    要:以1 064 nm,9.733 ns的脉冲激光作为光源,经积分球匀化后辐照于CCD,同时用光功率计测试进入CCD的脉冲激光功率。实验发现,当入射激光功率超过一定阈值,CCD某些像元的光电响应特性会发生改变,导致CCD的响应快速进入死区。当入射激光功率继续增大时,CCD将发生溢出及过饱和现象。实验中,观察并测量到了CCD发生光电响应特性改变、溢出及过饱和时的现象及对应的功率阈值。

Abstract:1 064 nm,9.733 ns impulse laser is used as laser source and is inputted into integrating sphere.CCD is irradiated by the output laser of integrating sphere.At the same time,the input laser’s optical power ofCCD is measured by optical meter.Via experiment,it is found that photo-electricity characters of CCD changedwhen the optical power of input laser excess a fixed value.If the increasing of laser power went on,phenomenon ofblooming and excessive saturation could be observed.Phenomenon of blooming and excessive saturation is observedand optical power equivalent to these phenomenon are measured.
