摘    要:鉴于当前复合绝缘材料变压器套管监测的现状,利用变压器套管盘面水滴图像特点,提出了基于图像特征的变压器套管憎水等级识别方法。首先,该方法采用小波理论对图像进行去噪和增强,增强了图像的视觉效果和细节,然后采用改进的分水岭方法对图像进行分割,最大程度保证原始图像真实性的同时,得到水滴的边缘。提取和选择最具表征特性的特征量。最后,设计了最小二乘支持向量机分类器,实现了憎水等级的智能识别,给出了仿真结果,并将该方法应用于现场在线监测系统,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In view of the current situation of transformer bushing monitoring of composite insulating material, the water drop image characteristic of transformer bushing is utilized, and the identification method of water repellent grade of Transformer Bushing Based on image feature is proposed.First of all, the methods of image denoising and en-hancement of wavelet theory, enhanced visual effects and details. Then the improved watershed method is used to segment the image, which ensures the authenticity of the original image, and the edge of the water is obtained. Ex-traction and selection of the most characteristic features. Finally, the least square support vector machine classifier is designed to realize the intelligent recognition of the water repellent level. The simulation results are given, and the method is applied to the on-line monitoring system, and it has achieved good results.
