摘    要:为了研究钢渣粉掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量对混凝土压拉性能的影响,进行了不同钢渣粉掺量和不同玄武岩纤维掺量的压拉性能试验,并对试验结果进行了分析与机理探讨。试验结果表明:单掺玄武岩纤维的混凝土在掺量为3 kg/m3时,抗压、劈裂抗拉强度较好;单掺钢渣粉的混凝土,随着钢渣粉掺量的增加,抗压、劈裂抗拉强度先提高后降低,当钢渣粉掺量大于20%时,其强度降低比较明显;玄武岩纤维钢渣粉混凝土在玄武岩纤维掺量为3 kg/m3、钢渣粉掺量为10%~20%时效果较好,抗压、劈裂抗拉强度相对于基准混凝土能分别增加6.5%和11.9%。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of steel slag powder and basalt fiber on compression and tension of concrete,compression and tension experiments with different steel slag powder and different basalt fiber were carried out. The study results were analyzed and the mechanisms were discussed. The study results indicate that when the mixed value of the basalt fiber was 3kg/m3,the concrete with a single basalt fiber mixed would have good compressive and splitting tensile strength. As for the addition of steel slag powder concrete,the compressive and splitting tensile strength would be reduced after improved with the steel slag powder mixed value increased. When the dosage of the steel slag powder was more than 20%,the strength decreased obviously. When the basalt fiber value was 3kg/m3 and the steel slag powder value was 10%~20%,the effect of steel slag powder concrete will be better and the compressive and splitting tensile strength could be increased with 6.5% and 11.9% higher than the plain concrete individually.
