纳米TiO2环氧树脂微表处光催化分解尾气型路面材料研究

摘    要:摘 要 本文在环氧薄层混合料的基础上,以微表处(MS-2型)为设计配合比,结合光催化剂纳米TiO2的光催化降解尾气技术,研究制备新型降解尾气路面材料即环氧树脂微表处混合料,并对混合料的降解尾气性能和低温性能、抗水损能力及抗滑性能进行研究分析,试验表明:纳米TiO2的掺加,不会对混合料的路用性能产生不利影响,并且TiO2掺量50%下的混合料具备较好的降解尾气性能和经济效益。

Study on photocatalytic degradation of tail gas pavement material by nano TiO2 epoxy resin

Abstract:Abstract] In this paper, based on the epoxy thin layer mixture, the Micro-surfacing (MS-2) was used as the design ratio, and Combined the photocatalytic degradation of exhaust gas technology with the photocatalytic nano-TiO2. Study on the preparation of new degradable Exhaust Gas pavement material, that is, epoxy resin micro-surfacing mixture. And the degradation performance of the mixture and the low temperature performance, water resistance and anti-sliding performance were studied and analyzed. The results show that the addition of nano-TiO2 will not have a negative impact on the road performance of the mixture, and 50% of the TiO2 content of the mixture with better performance of degrading exhaust gas and economic benefit.
