| 摘 要： | 为了分析汽车在低速时的转向回正性能,采用图形变换的方法,研究了转向轮绕主销转动过程中主销偏移距和主销后倾距的变化规律。计算结果表明,在转向轮转向轮转角逐渐增大的过程中,主销偏移距变化不大,但是主销后倾距变化明显,外转向轮的主销后倾距逐渐减小,内转向轮的主销后倾距逐渐增大,这对汽车回正性能有明显影响。进行实车试验,试验结果支持上述理论分析,说明该分析方法的有效性。

The variation of motor vehicle kingpin offset at ground and castor trail |

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the steering returnability of motor vehicle at low speed, the kingpin offset at ground and castor trail were studied with graphic transformation when steerable road wheels were steered. Calculation results show that kingpin offset at ground varies little, but the castor trail changes obviously when the steer angle increases gradually. Castor trail of the outer wheel decreases gradually, and castor trail of the inner wheel increases gradually, which affect the steering returnability significantly. Tests were conducted, and the test results support the above calculation, which can prove the validity of the calculation method. |
