压电声衬的自动控制系统设计及实验研究

摘    要:为了进一步实现压电声衬在体积调节模式下的阻抗控制,提出了一种新的噪声控制方法。该方法利用光敏电阻特性,通过Lab VIEW程序设计,驱动压电声衬使其根据不同噪声频率的变化自动发出控制信号;通过电压的变化来改变声衬的腔体体积,从而调节声衬的消声频率。在分析压电声衬消声及工作原理基础上,设计加工压电声衬结构。通过相关性能测试验证该方法的可实施性。最后利用Lab VIEW虚拟仪器技术,实现自动控制程序设计;并通过消噪性能实验验证了控制系统的可行性,实现了对声衬激励电压的自主控制及降噪频带偏移6 Hz。

Design and experimental study of automatic control system for the piezoelectric acoustic liner

Abstract:In order to further realize the impedance control of piezoelectric acoustic liner in volume adjustment mode, a new noise control method has been proposed. This method base on the characteristics of photosensitive resistance. The piezoelectric acoustic liner can be automatically generated according to the change of the noise frequency. The volume of the piezo-acoustic liner can be adjusted by the change of the voltage so that the noise elimination frequency can be adjusted . The piezoelectric acoustic lining structure is designed and processed on the basis of analysis of the working principle of piezoelectric acoustic anechoic lining.The feasibility of the method is verified by correlation test.The automatic control program design is achieved by using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology .The feasibility of the control system is verified by noise elimination performance test .Autonomous Control of exciting voltage of acoustic lining is achieved and the Noise band offset 6Hz .
