摘    要:场地建设适宜性评价是土地利用、资源节约和工程建设的重要依据。应地区规划要求,为了确定滑坡场地建设适宜性,采用改进层次分析法(IAHP)针对性的提出基岩表面坡度、深切冲沟的距离以及滑坡自身的稳定性等9个评价因子,对规划区内整体稳定性较好的某滑坡进行场地适宜性评价。结果表明:适宜性区面积约0.83 km2,约占场地总面积的20.2%,分布于山前地带、场地中后部;较适宜区面积约0.43 km2,约占场地总面积的10.4%,主要为滑坡场地中部;适宜性差区面积约1.01 km2,约占场地总面积的24.4%,主要为滑坡的中前部;不适宜区面积约1.85 km2,约占场地总面积的45.0%,主要为工程地质条件及施工条件较差区域。评价结果与野外地质环境调查以及场地现状定性判别结果基本一致,具有可靠性,可见改进层次分析法对滑坡场地规划建设用地的分类和预测具有重要意义。

Abstract:Site construction suitability evaluation is the important basis of resource saving and construction land use. At the request of regional planning, in order to determine the landslide site construction suitability, the improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) was adopted to specifically propose nine evaluating factors including the gradient of bedrock surface, distance between deep gullies and the stability of the landslide itself, etc. which leads to the site suitability evaluation of a landslide with good global stability in the planning area. The results show that the area with full suitability covers an area of about 0.83 km2, about 20.2% of the total area of ground, distributed in the piedmont zone at the back of the field; The area of semi-suitability area is about 0.43km2, accounting for 10.4% of the total site area, mainly in the middle of the landslide site. The area with poor suitability is about 1.01 km2, accounting for 24.4% of the total site area, which is mainly the middle and front part of the landslide. Not suitable area is about 1.85 km2, about 45.0% of the total site area, mainly consist of areas with poor engineering geological conditions and construction conditions. The evaluation results and the present condition of the field geological environment survey and site qualitative discrimination results are basically consistent and reliable. It is foreseeable that improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) has great significance in the classification and prediction of landslide site planning construction.
