摘    要:针对现有偏振成像系统无法对天空进行实时性检测的问题,提出一种实时三通道偏振成像系统。对系统存在的误差来源进行详细分析并针对相应误差提出标定方法。利用积分球对CCD线性度进行标定,通过对采集灰度信息的处理,得出光源亮度与图像灰度呈线性关系;同时针对三路独立通道之间灰度响应不一致问题,利用积分球产生完全非偏振光对灰度响应非一致性误差进行了多次重复标定与校正。标定实验结果表明,通过对CCD线性度标定和灰度响应不一致性的标定,灰度响应不一致性得到了明显改善,提高了偏振信息的解析精度,系统偏振角测量误差小于0.6%。

Calibration of three channel polarization imaging system
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the existing polarization imaging system can not detect the real time of the sky, a three- channel polarization imaging system is proposed, and the error sources of the system are analyzed in detail and the calibration method for the corresponding error is proposed. The linearity of CCD is calibrated by using integrating sphere, through the processing of the gray information, it is concluded that the brightness of the light source has a linear relationship with the image gray level; While responding to inconsistencies for three independent channels gray, the calibration and calibration of the integral sphere are carried out by several times. Calibration experiment results show that the gray level response is improved obviously by the calibration of CCD linearity and the inconsistency of the gray level response, the analytical precision of polarization information is improved, and the error of the System polarization angle is less than 0.6%.
