基于均值模型的转子发动机基本喷油策略研究

摘    要:基本喷油量是开发发动机电控喷油系统的基础数据。在通用发动机均值模型的基础上结合某型转子发动机构造特点建立转子发动机的数学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中仿真得到转子发动机的基本喷油量MAP图;并通过台架试验对模型仿真结果的准确性进行了验证。结果表明仿真得到的基本喷油量与实测值的误差在10%以内,仿真得到的基本喷油量MAP图可以作为电控转子发动机的初始喷油MAP图,用于转子发动机电控喷油系统的设计与研究。

Abstract:The basic fuel injection quantity was the basic data for develop the engine electronic fuel injection system. In the foundation of the common engine mean value model, the mathematical model of the rotary engine was established based on the structural characteristics of a certain type of rotary engine. The basic fuel injection quantity MAP of the rotary engine was simulated in Matlab/Simulink, and the accuracy of the simulation results were verified by the bench test. The final result shows that the error between the basic fuel injection quantity and the measured value is less than 10%, the basic fuel injection quantity MAP can be used as the initial injection MAP of the electronically controlled rotary engine and used in the design and research of the rotary engine electronic fuel injection system.
