烧结钕铁硼激光打孔工艺影响分析及参数优化

摘    要:探讨分析工艺参数对激光打孔烧结钕铁硼(NdFeB)磁性材料的影响。对烧结钕铁硼进行激光打孔试验,运用正交试验探讨电流、脉宽、频率、离焦量及氧气气压对打孔质量的影响,分析得出激光打孔烧结钕铁硼的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:离焦量、电流、脉宽为影响打孔质量的主要因素,频率及氧气气压为次要因素,最优工艺参数组合为电流95A、脉宽0.6ms、频率140Hz、离焦量0mm、氧气气压0.4MPa。采用此最优参数可加工出质量较好的孔。

Abstract:This article discusses the influence of process parameters on the laser drilled sintered NdFeB magnetic material. A laser drilling test was performed on sintered NdFeB, and the effect of current, pulse width, frequency, defocus amount, and oxygen gas pressure on the quality of hole punching was investigated by orthogonal test. The optimal process for laser drilling of sintered NdFeB was analyzed. parameter. The results show that the defocus amount, current, and pulse width are the main factors affecting the quality of punching, and the frequency and oxygen pressure are secondary factors. The optimal combination of process parameters is current 95 A, pulse width 0.6 ms, frequency 140 Hz, and defocus. 0 mm, oxygen pressure 0.4 Mpa. With this optimal parameter, good quality holes can be machined.
