摘    要:为减缓动车组运营下小半径曲线外股钢轨侧磨,延长钢轨使用寿命,利用SIMPACK软件建立了小半径曲线轮轨磨耗仿真模型。仿真分析了超高、轨距、钢轨表面摩擦系数及轨底坡对动车组通过时小半径曲线外轨所受横向力、导向轮冲角及轮轨磨耗指数的影响规律。研究结果表明:钢轨表面摩擦系数及轨底坡对小半径曲线外轨侧磨影响较大,适当降低钢轨表面摩擦系数可以较大程度上降低曲线外轨所受横向力及磨耗指数;调整外轨轨底坡至1∶20,内轨轨底坡至0,对曲线外轨所受横向力及导向轮冲角影响较小;但对轮轨磨耗指数影响较大,有利于减小曲线外轨侧磨。根据研究结果,针对某动车所小半径曲线制定了减磨方法;并对改造后曲线进行了轮轨力测试和钢轨廓形测试。测试结果表明,减磨方法效果明显,可延长曲线外轨服役寿命3倍以上。

Abstract:To slow down the small radius curve rail abrasion under the condition of the CRH train operation, prolong the service life of rail, wheel/rail wear small radius curve simulation model is established using SIMPACK. The simulation analysis of the Superelevation, gauge, friction coefficient and rail inclinations on the influence law of outer rail lateral force, guide wheel angle of attack and wear index. Simulation results show that, rail surface friction coefficient and rail inclinations had a greater influence on the small radius curve rail abrasion, decrease the rail surface friction coefficient can largely reduce the wheel-rail lateral force and wear index in the small radius curve; Adjusting the outer rail inclinations to 1:20 and inner rail inclinations to 0 has a less influence on the wheel-rail lateral force and guide wheel angle of attack, but large to wear index, which Is helpful to reduce the rail abrasion in small radius curve. According to the simulation results, made the antifriction measures for a small radius curve in China some CRH train set depot, having wheel/rail force test and rail profile test for the transformed curve, Test results show that, the antifriction measures had a obvious effect, which can Prolong the service life of rail more than 3 times.
