充水式潜水电机转子系统水摩擦力的数值分析

摘    要:充水式潜水电机转子与轴向冷却水发生剧烈摩擦而产生的水摩擦力影响着转子系统的动力学特性。以850QS—3200型充水式潜水电机为研究对象,构建了电机转子与定子之间轴向冷却水的流场三维模型,运用标准k-ε湍流模型与SIMPLEC算法,基于computational fluid dynamics(CFD)软件平台依次数值模拟了转子外圆表面粗糙度、转子转速以及轴向冷却水流速等三者与转子外圆水摩擦力的作用机理与影响程度。结果表明转子系统水摩擦力随转子外圆表面粗糙度、转子转速以及轴向冷却水流速的增加而增加,可通过降低转子转速、提高转子表面粗糙度以及降低轴向冷却水速度等方法,降低充水式潜水电机转子水摩擦力以及由此产生的水摩擦损耗。

Abstract:The water friction caused by the axial-flow cooling water between the rotor and the stator is affecting the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system. Based on the Fluid Theory and Tribological Principle, the model of the turbulent flow field between the rotor and the stator taken the 850QS-3200 wet submersible motor as an example was established to study the turbulent flow regulation of the axial-flow cooling water. The numerical investigation are carried out in water filling submersible motor at the rotor outer surface roughness, rotor speed and the velocity of axial-flow cooling water. The numerical simulation was performed for the regulation of the interior turbulent flow in a wet submersible motor with Standard model and SIMPLEC algorithm using ANSYS-CFD software. The results show that the water friction of rotor system increases with the increase of the velocity of axial-flow cooling water, rotor speed and the rotor outer surface roughness. Therefore, reducing the rotor speed and the velocity of axial-flow cooling water, and improving the rotor outer surface roughness are effective approach to decrease the water friction and friction loss in water filling submersible motor.
