柴油机燃用F-T柴油/聚甲氧基二甲醚混合燃料的排放性能

摘    要:为研究F-T柴油/聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE)混合燃料的排放性能,以增压中冷柴油机作为试验发动机,以不同掺混比例的F-T柴油/PODE混合燃料、0#柴油和F-T柴油作为研究燃料,对发动机的排放物进行对比研究。结果表明:常规排放物中,混合燃料的NO_x排放与其他对比燃料基本相同,但对CO和碳烟的排放较0#柴油有显著的改善效果,且改善效果与PODE的掺混比例呈负相关。非常规排放物中,混合燃料对抑制甲醛的排放并无明显效果;但是可有效降低SO_2的排放,可见该混合燃料具有较好的排放性能。

Abstract:In order to study the emission characteristics of diesel engine fueled with F-T/PODE. Experiments were conducted to analyze the impact of the different proportions of F-T/PODE(Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers) blended fuel on the emission characteristics on a 4-cylinder inter-cooling engine. The results indicates that: To the regulated air pollutants, F-T/PDDE blended fuel basically has the same NOx emission as the contrastive fuel, but it can obviously decrease the CO and PM emissions relative to the 0# diesel, and the emission decreases with a higher proportion of the PODE; To the unregulated air pollutants, the blended fuel has little effect on the inhibition of formaldehyde emission, but the blended fuel can effectively reduce the unregulated air pollutants such as SO2. It is concluded that the blended fuel has a good emission characteristics.
