冲击碾压技术在湿软性黄土路基处理中的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究冲击碾压技术在湿软性黄土路基处理中的适用性及加固效果,基于某高速公路路基工程,采用冲击碾压技术进行地基处理和路基的分层填筑压实,测定了土体的压实度和沉降量。试验结果表明,冲击碾压技术适用于浅层湿软性黄土地基处理,有效处理深度为80 cm;且其影响深度随冲压遍数的增加而增加,冲压遍数以30遍为宜。同时,结合沉降量的试验结果,还探讨了冲压质量的控制标准。

Abstract:In order to study the applicability and the reinforcing effect of impact roller compaction technology in subgrade treatment of wetness and softness loess, based on the highway subgrade engineering, the impact compaction technology was used for foundation treatment and filling roadbed compaction of every soil layer. The compaction degree and settlement of soil were determined. The test results indicate that the impact roller compaction technology is applicable to foundation treatment of shallow wetness and softness loess. The effective treatment depth is 80cm and the influence depth is increasing with pressing times. The stamping times with 30times is suitable. At the same time, the control standard for impact compaction is discussed combined with the settlement test results.
