超声空化防蜡清蜡的实验研究

摘    要:超声波防蜡清蜡技术作为一种新兴的物理法防蜡清蜡技术,具有成本低、无污染、施工方便等优势;但对于超声波能防蜡清蜡的具体作用机理,以及参数的优选等基础性研究并不透彻,阻碍了超声波防蜡清蜡技术的发展和推广。研究发现在超声作用下石蜡能在常温下快速溶解到柴油中,并且超声波发生器工作电流越大,熔蜡速率越快。频率68 kHz工作电流2 A的超声波清蜡效果最好,对超声波防蜡清蜡的进一步发展有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Ultrasonic paraffin control and paraffin removal technology is a new physical method,which has advantages of low cost,reservoir protection, convenient construction.But the mechanism of ultrasonic paraffin control and removal technology , parameters optimization, the fundamental research is not thorough.It hindered the development and promotion of ultrasonic paraffin control and removal technology. This study found that under the action of ultrasonic paraffin quickly dissolved into diesel oil at room temperature, and the ultrasonic generator working current is large, the wax melting faster. Frequency of 68 KHz working current 2A ultrasonic paraffin removal effect is best. That have a certain guiding significance to the further development of ultrasonic control of wax.
