摘    要:针对传统的电力设备基于状态的维护(condition based maintenance,CBM)策略在进行建模及数据优化时出现结果精度不足的问题,提出了一种基于多源数据分析的变电站状态维护策略优化方法.首先,通过分析不同类型组件之间的互联关系,将变电站分为不同的维护单元从而使同一单元内组件可同时维护;其次,为定量评估维护前后零件的可靠性,分别建立了基于健康指数(health index,HI)和寿命降低因子的失效率计算模型,并针对故障零件的位置和严重程度,提出了替代各类组件故障或缺陷的维护策略;再次,依据生命周期成本理论(life cycle cost,LCC),以最低总成本为维护周期优化目标建立了CBM优化模型.最后,通过应用实例验证了所提策略的有效性,该优化策略可显著提高变电站的供电可靠性及经济性.

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of precision in modeling and data optimization results of current traditional Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) power equipment, this paper introduces a new method of CBM strategy optimization for substation components.In this paper, by analyzing the interconnection between different types of components, substations are divided into different maintenance units so that components in the same unit can be maintained at the same time.Then, in order to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of components before and after maintenance, failure efficiency calculation models based on Health Index (HI) and life reduction factor were established respectively. Based on the location and severity of the faulty components, maintenance strategies were proposed to replace the faults or defects of various components.Then, according to the Life Cycle Cost theory (LCC), the CBM optimization model was established with the minimum total Cost as the maintenance Cycle optimization goal.Finally, the optimization strategy can obviously improve the power supply reliability and economy of substation through an application example.
