摘    要:为改变行政区域划设模式,实现大规模低空飞行服务站选址优化,通过分析完整的低空飞行服务流程,采用聚类方法描述低空飞行服务需求,确定了低空飞行服务站选址的基本准则和约束限制,建立了以服务成本最小化、服务响应时间最短、服务覆盖面积最大和重复覆盖最低的静态优化选址模型;采用"理想点"切入方式,设计了多目标遗传选址算法,搜索最优选址解集.最后,通过算例分析验证模型和算法的优化效果.结果表明:多目标规划更贴近低空飞行服务实际生产的要求,遗传算法更好协调了四个目标函数之间的关系,实现整体最优,且降低了求解的时间复杂度.

Abstract:In order to change the mode of administrative division and realize site location optimization of the large-scale Low Altitude Flight Service Station(LAFSS),Multi-objective planning and genetic algorithm were used to find the best optimal scheme. Based on the analysis of complete service process and flight service demand described by clustering method, basic principles and constraints of site location for LAFSS were determined. The static optimization location model was established to solve the prolem of minimization service cost ,response time and repeat service and maximum coverage area.Ideal point approach method was put forward and multi-objective genetic algorithm was designed to search for optimal location solution set. Finally, simulation experiment was designed to test the feasibility and optimization effect. The results show that the multi-objective programming is closer to actual production requirements of LAFSS, genetic algorithm could better coordinate the relationship between the four objective functions to achieve overall optimization.and the calculation time has been reduced.
