摘    要:在海上油田低产井采用电潜泵举升过程中,电机温度过高将导致烧泵.针对于此问题,首先通过实验确定低产井电机烧泵时间,并通过有限元模拟的方法分析低产井井下流体的流动特征及传热规律,同时提出一种应用于电潜泵的回流补液方法.研究结果表明:在油井产量较低的条件下,流体温度对于电机温度影响不大;由于动液面低于泵吸入口,流体携热能力下降发生烧泵事故,电潜泵泵寿命最少减小为原有的0.21倍;采用回流补液方法后,温度平均降低130℃,电机温度处于安全温度范围内,说明回流装置具有很强可行性;回流通道尺寸在3~4 cm时,回流量最大,相应的电机温度也为各尺寸中最低.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of pump burning caused by the excessive temperature of the motor during the lifting process of the electric submersible pump in the low-yield well of the offshore oil field. This paper experimentally determines the motor pump burning time of low-yield wells, and analyzes the flow characteristics and heat transfer laws of downhole fluids in low-yield wells through the finite element simulation method, and proposes a reflux method for electric submersible pumps. The research results show that: under the condition of low oil well production, the fusing phenomenon begins in about 22 minutes, and the moving liquid level is located below the pump suction port, and the fluid carrying heat decreases, which will cause the pump to burn; the temperature can be A reduction of 130°C indicates that the reflux device has a strong feasibility; the fluid temperature at 10m above the pump is relatively stable, and the fluid is basically unchanged, so the return fluid supplement device can be shorted 10m or more above the pump; the size of the return channel is 3cm-4cm From time to time, the reflux is the largest, and the corresponding motor temperature is also the lowest among all sizes.
