摘    要:探索参藤三黄汤对糖尿病肾病中MMP2,9、TIMP1,2基因和蛋白表达的影响,以50只实验大鼠随即分为空白组10只,余下造模成功后等分为模型组,参藤三黄汤高、低剂量组,阳性药对照组并给予相应药物。12周后实验结束时检测大鼠24 h尿微量白蛋白、血糖、血胰岛素等指标及肾内皮细胞外基质MMP2,9、TIMP1,2基因和蛋白的表达。结果:1参藤三黄汤治疗组血糖水平明显优于模型组,差异显著(P0.01),说明参藤三黄汤有明显的降血糖功效;2参藤三黄汤干预后,治疗组大鼠的糖耐量异常有所改善,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组大鼠肾小球和肾小管形态趋于正常且MMP2,9表达明显提高,而TIMP1,2表达明显降低。说明参藤三黄汤能明显降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平,增强糖耐量能力;其作用机制可能与提高MMP2,9、降低TIMP1,2基因和蛋白的表达有关。
