麦秸秆水泥土强度特性的初步试验研究

摘    要:将天然麦秸秆加入水泥土中,提出了麦秸秆水泥土的基本概念。考虑水泥土龄期、水泥掺入比、麦秸秆长度、加筋率、麦秸秆形状等影响因素,通过试验初步研究了麦秸秆水泥土的无侧限抗压强度和抗折强度。结果表明,龄期和水泥掺入比对麦秸秆水泥土强度的影响与普通水泥土类似,麦秸秆长度对麦秸秆水泥土无侧限抗压强度和抗折强度的影响规律差异较大;在低加筋率下,可以保持麦秸秆水泥土强度变化不大;麦秸秆形状对麦秸秆水泥土强度的影响也极小,可忽略不计。最后分析了麦秸秆水泥土的作用机制,掌握了麦秸秆水泥土的基本特性。

Abstract:The natural wheat straw was added to cement soil, and the basic concept of cemented soil with wheat straw was put forward, considering the factors of the cement soil age, cement ratio, wheat straw length, reinforced rate, wheat straw shape, etc, the unconfined compressive strength and flexural strength of cement soil with wheat straw were studied preliminary by experiment. The results showed that, the age and cement ratio effect on cement soil with wheat straw is similar to ordinary cement soil. The wheat straw length effect on the unconfined compressive strength and flexural strength is different. The strength of cement soil with wheat straw changes little at low reinforced rate, and the wheat straw shape effect on cement soil strength is also very small, which is negligible. Finally, the mechanism of soil cement with wheat straw is analyzed, and the basic characteristics of cement soil with wheat straw are mastered.
