摘    要:为了研究钢顶管在运营状态温度作用下的内力特征,采用数值模拟的方法,依托黄浦江上游水源地连通工程,对深覆软土、长距离顶进、内径4 m钢顶管在运营状态温差作用下进行数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,当管端约束作用较强时,管端环向应力会出现应力集中的现象;随着远离管端约束边界,环向应力集中快速衰减。纵向应力拉压应力共存,随着远离管端约束边界纵向应力变大,并且变为单一拉应力或者压应力。管道靠近约束端的环向应力和纵向应力随着温度的变化均有明显变化,远离约束端的纵向应力受温度变化影响同样明显,但是环向应力基本没有变化。刚性约束得到释放以后,整个管道的应力下降明显。

Abstract:Circumferential and longitudinal strain of steel jacking pipe which is buried in deep soft soil and jacked with long distance were numerical simulated based on the huangpu river upstream water source connecting engineering, to study internal force of pipe under temperature load. The results of numerical simulation show that when the constraint action at the pipe end is strong, the circumferential stress at the pipe end is concentrated and decay away from the constraint boundary. The longitudinal stress, which coexists with compressive stress and the tension stress at the pipe end, increases and becomes a single tensile stress or compressive stress away from the constraint boundary. Both the circumferential stress and the longitudinal stress near the constraint end change significantly with the change of temperature, while the longitudinal stress far away from the constraint boundary is affected by the change of temperature and the annular stress does not change basically. When the rigid constraint is released, the stress of the whole pipeline declines obviously.
