生活垃圾焚烧炉渣负载TiO2自清洁泡沫混凝土的制备

摘    要:介绍了生活垃圾(MSW)焚烧炉渣的化学性质,表明了生活垃圾焚烧炉渣成分与天然砂石料非常相近,属于CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3系统,可作为混凝土中的部分替代骨料。紧接着将具有光催化特性的TiO_2与炉渣相结合,通过添加发泡剂H_2O_2来制备自清洁泡沫混凝土。研究了自清洁泡沫混凝土的TiO_2含量、孔隙率、堆积密度、表面孔隙度和微观结构对亚甲基蓝(MB)的光催化性能的影响。结果显示,TiO_2含量为0.4wt%的自清洁泡沫混凝土拥有较多的孔隙和较完整的孔隙结构,允许紫外光线更加深入的穿透进去活化TiO_2,光降解性能最优。

Abstract:The chemical properties of domestic waste (MSW) incinerator slag were introduced and the slag was combined with TiO2 to prepare self-cleaning foam concrete. The effect of self-cleaning foam concrete with different content of TiO2 on the photocatalytic performance of methylene blue (MB) was studied. The results show that self-cleaning foam concrete with TiO2 content of 0.4wt% has more pores and more complete pore structure, allowing UV light to penetrate deeper into the self-cleaning foam concrete to activate TiO2, and the photodegradation performance is optimal.
