交变磁场平行水平井测距定位实验研究

摘    要:随着钻探平行水平井数量的增多,使得磁性导向技术被引入水平井钻井施工中,利用电磁学理论建立了平行水平井形式的磁场正反演计算分析模型,导向定位系统利用磁源产生低频交变磁场,对磁场信号数据进行采集与处理,通过提取有效的交变磁场数据,依据反演计算理论模型进行计算,得到磁源与测量装置间的相对距离和方位,建立了地面测试系统,并进行了导向定位实验研究。研究结果表明,反演计算所得数据结果与实际测试数据基本一致,每组数据所得结果较为明显的表现为平行形式,同时验证了数据采集处理方法和反演计算方法的有效性。

Abstract:With the quantity gradually increased of parallel horizontal well, the magnetic guidance system and tools was introduced to meet the increasing accuracy requirements of the well trajectory control. The forward and Inversion calculation model of magnetic field in parallel horizontal well was established based on the electromagnetism theory. By investigating the characteristic signals of the magnetic source, and the alternating magnetic field was acquired at the target side by combining with normal Measurement-While-Drilling (MWD) method, the relative position and distance can be finally determined. The experiment of magnetic ranging was conducted in the test system. The results show that the calculated data are basically consistent with the measured data, and using the experimental test verifies the validity of this method.
