摘    要:通过对不同地质条件和不同地层的煤矸石进行XRD(X-ray diffraction)试验及物理性能试验,分析其矿物组成与物理性能指标的内在规律。研究结果表明,煤矸石的化学成分以Si O2和Al2O3为主,但不同地质条件下的煤矸石矿物组成及化学成分差异较大。在物理性能方面,黄陇侏罗纪煤田煤矸石吸水率较高,表观密度较小,压碎指标较大,渭北石炭二叠纪煤田的煤矸石和陕北侏罗纪煤田的煤矸石的吸水率较小,表观密度较大和压碎指标较小。不同地层的煤矸石的矿物组成和化学成分含量相差不大,但地层越深的煤矸石吸水率越低、表观密度越大、压碎指标越小。研究成果可为不同地区煤矸石在混凝土资源化利用提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the coal gangue under different geological conditions and geological conditions were subjected to X-ray diffraction test to analyze the relationship between mineral composition and physical performance indicators.The results show that the mineral composition and chemical composition of coal gangue under different geological conditions are quite different. In terms of physical properties, the coal gangue of Huanglong Jurassic coalfield has high water absorption rate, small apparent density and large crushing index, The water absorption rate of coal gangue in the Weibie Carboniferous Permian coalfield and coal gangue of the Jurassic coal field in northern Shanxi is small, the apparent density is large, and the crushing index is small. The proportions of mineral composition and chemical composition of coal gangue in different strata are not much different. The deeper the coal gangue, the lower the water absorption rate, the higher the apparent density and the smaller the crushing index.The research in this paper can provide a basis for the study of the utilization of coal gangue.
