激光功率与扫描速度对45钢薄板焊接温度场的影响

摘    要:采用SYSWELD有限元模拟和激光焊接红外测温方法,研究了激光功率与扫描速度对45钢薄板焊接温度场的影响。结果表明,焊接温度随着激光功率的增大而升高,随着扫描速度的增大而降低,且在激光功率较大和扫描速度较低时,其变化对焊接温度影响较大。在激光快速加热/冷却条件下,不同参数下的焊接初始温度与终了温度存在差异,通过调整合适的激光参数可获得相对稳定的焊接温度分布。在热影响区作用下,各焊接节点温度下降相对缓慢,且这一过程随着激光功率和扫描速度的增加而逐渐延长。为了提高焊接效率而同时增大激光功率和扫描速度不利于热变形的控制。

Abstract:The effects of laser power and scanning speed on the welding temperature field of 45 steel sheets were studied by SYSWELD finite element simulation and infrared temperature measurement tests. The results show that the welding temperature rises with the increase of laser power, and decreases with the scanning speed increasing. The welding temperature is strongly affected by the changing of laser parameters when the laser power is high and the scanning speed is low. In the condition of rapid laser heating or cooling, the initial temperature and the final temperature of welding under different parameters are distinct, and the relatively stable welding temperature distribution can be obtained by adjusting the appropriate laser parameters. Under the action of heat affected zone, the temperature of each joint decreases slowly, and this process is prolonged with the increase of laser power and scanning speed. It is concluded that increasing the laser power and scanning speed to improve the welding efficiency is not beneficial to the control of thermal deformation.
