摘    要:为了解决低渗透储层黏土膨胀所带来的地层伤害以及产量影响,合成了一种以一乙醇胺为反应原料的低分子量黏土防膨剂MCS,根据线性膨胀仪的测定结果得到最优反应过程;采用岩屑滚动实验评价其长效性;通过红外光谱验证其结构;利用显微镜对比观察作用黏土微观形貌得到不同溶液的实际作用效果。结果表明:最佳反应温度为80℃,一乙醇胺与环氧氯丙烷摩尔质量比为1∶1,溶剂用量为40%,反应时长为6 h;红外光谱表明其具备目标产物的各种特征峰;通过测试其不同添加浓度与不同p H下对黏土稳定性能的影响,得到最优添加量为3%,此时膨胀高度最低为2. 98 mm,具有良好的抗酸碱性且作用效果持久;使用显微镜观察得到MCS除具有一定稳定作用外,与高分子量阳离子聚合物相比,分散不产生聚块且使用效果显著。

Abstract:In order to solve the formation damage and the yield impact caused by the expansion of low permeability reservoir clay, a low molecular weight clay anti-swelling agent MCS with monoethanolamine as the reaction raw material was synthesized. According to the measurement results of the linear dilatometer, get the optimal reaction process and performance study; the long-term effectiveness was evaluated using a cuttings rolling test; verify its structure by infrared spectroscopy; and use the microscope to observe the microscopic morphology of the clay to obtain the actual effect of different solutions. The results showed that the optimum reaction temperature was 80 °C, the molar mass ratio of monoethanolamine to epichlorohydrin was 1:1, the solvent dosage was 40%, and the reaction time was 6 h. It is shown by infrared spectroscopy that it has various characteristic peaks of the target product.; by testing its different concentration and stability of clay at different pH, the best addition mass fraction is 3%, the expansion height is 2.98 mm, and has good acid and alkali resistance and long lasting effect; Microscopic observation showed that MCS has a certain stabilizing effect, and unlike the high molecular weight cationic polymer, the former is more dispersed without generating agglomerates, and the use effect is remarkable.
