| 摘 要： | 创业企业的发展具有很高的不确定性，为了控制风险，风险投资家在对创业企业的投资中往往采取分阶段投资的策略。文中通过构建一个两阶段投资模型，比较分阶段投资与一次性投资对于企业激励作用的影响。

| Abstract: | Investing in entrepreneur enterprises is always highly risky.To control risk,venture capitalists tend to apply staged financing strategy instead of lump-sum upfront investing.A two-stage investing model is established to evaluate the effects on entrepreneur incentives between staged financing and upfront financing. |
