基于水化度概念的早期混凝土热分析

摘    要:在混凝土硬化过程中,温度对水化反应速率影响很大,采用等效时间成熟度概念可以综合考虑反应温度和龄期对混凝土水化反应的影响.另外,在水化过程中,混凝土热性能时时发生着变化,常用水化度来指示水化反应和各种混凝土性能发展的程度.基于ANSYS软件,开发了考虑热性能随水化度变化的早期混凝土温度有限元程序,并通过算例得到验证.

Abstract:During the hardening process of concrete, temperature greatly affects the hydration reaction rate. Equivalent age maturity is an approach used to account for the combined effect of temperature and time on the development of concrete mechanical properties and the development of hydration. On the other hand, thermal charac-teristics and physical mechanics characteristics change with the time, and degree of hydration is often used to indi-cate the hydration reaction degree and the progress of every characteristic of concrete. In this contribute, based on ANSYS, a FEM program is developed considering the change of every thermal characteristics of concrete at early age, and is verified by examples.
