基于功率控制的涡扇发动机控制系统设计

摘    要:针对航空发动机控制过程中功率不平衡带来的控制精度和稳定性问题,设计一种基于功率控制的双回路控制系统,并应用于涡扇发动机。以DGEN380发动机为例,建立了发动机模型;根据涡扇发动机模型特点,设计了外环比例积分(proportion integration,PI)控制回路和内环线性二次高斯(linear quadratic Gaussian,LQG)控制回路,通过双回路实现功率控制和功率到转速的转化控制。稳态和过渡态仿真结果表明,该控制系统满足发动机控制要求且具有良好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力;相对于传统比例积分微分(proportion integration differentiation,PID)控制,其过渡态控制过程无振荡,响应时间快50%左右,稳定性更好,可以改善由于功率不平衡所引起的稳定性问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of control precision and stability caused by power imbalance in aeroengine control process, a design method of the double-loop control system based on power control is proposed and applied to turbofan engine. Taking DGEN380 engine as an example, the engine model is established. According to the model characteristics of turbofan engine, the outer loop PI control loop and the inner loop LQG control loop are designed, power control and the power-to-speed conversion control are realized by double circuit. The steady state and transient simulation results show that the control system meets the requirements of engine control and has good robustness and anti-interference ability. Compared with the traditional PID control, the transition state control has no oscillation and the response time is about 50% faster, and it can improve the stability problem caused by power imbalance.
