摘    要:本文对废液中低浓度乙醇的回收再利用进行了研究,主要对精馏过程中的不同实验条件进行了测定,得出了塔釜加热电压,塔釜液浓度,回流比等实验条件与默弗里板效率之间的关系,并用计算机绘制了对应图表,从而确定一组最优的精馏条件。

Abstract:The study of recycling and reuse of low concentration ethanol in wastewater are introduced,the different experimental conditions of distillation process with low concentration are measured mainly,the relationship of calefaction voltage,bottom's liquid concentration,and other experimental conditions than reflux ratio between the Murphree tray efficiency are obtained,and a computer chat to determine a group of optimal experimental conditions is drawn.
