摘    要:针对流场改善类问题如何进行数值模拟计算分析,以一肉类干燥窑热流场分析问题为例,利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法并考虑干燥窑不同设置方案,通过求解不同的设置方案条件下干燥窑流场的Navier-Stokes方程来分析原设计方案和改善方案中流场的分布和特点.数值计算的结果表明:所用的数值计算方法是可行的,基本符合实际情况;所得计算结果分析图像对了解干燥窑中流场的分布情况和如何改善干燥窑流场分布具有积极的参考意义.所提出的方法为采用数值计算方法分析改善干燥窑流场问题提供了一种可行的手段.这一数值计算方法较之传统的实验和经验方法提高了分析效率、降低了成本,是一种值得重视和发展的数值计算方法.

Abstract:Taking the heat flow analyses in meat dry kiln as an example to demonstrate a numerical method to improve the heat flow distribution of a meat dry kiln. In the paper the flow field distributions and their characteristics of original and improved design schemes are analyzed by solving the Navier-Stokes equations with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques. The results of our numerical simulation show that the numerical method applied in our paper is practical, the calculation results match the actual situation properly; the digital images from numerical simulation possess a positive significance in understanding and improving the heat flow distribution of the meat dry kiln. The proposed method provides a feasible approach to analyze and improve the flow field of meat dry kiln with numerical simulation. Compared with the conventional model test method and empirical method it is found that the numerical method is more cost-effective and the method is worthy of being advertent and developed.
