摘    要:既有工业建筑屋面与普通屋面相比,单体屋面面积普遍较大,造成雨水径流总量大,洪峰流量高,且由于屋面材料及生产类型的不同产生了不同的雨水水质污染。基于此,研究分析了适用于工业建筑屋面雨水的低影响开发典型技术,包括绿色屋顶、雨水花园和屋面雨水收集等。总结了典型技术对径流总量、洪峰延迟及雨水水质净化等方面的控制效果,并进行了适用性评价,为既有工业建筑进行低影响开发提供了技术支撑。

Study on Typical Technology and Effect of Low Impact Development of Existing Industrial Buildings Roofs Rainwater

Abstract:The existing industrial building roofs have different characteristics according to their different production activities. The single roof area is generally higher than that of ordinary buildings, which results in a large total amount of rainwater runoff and high peak flow. Moreover, different rainwater quality pollutions are caused by different roofing materials and production types. Based on this, several low impact development technologies are proposed for industrial building roof rainwater, including green roofs, rain garden, and roof rainwater harvesting. The effects of three typical techniques on total runoff, flood peak delay and rainwater purification are summarized, and suitability evaluation are provided to provide technical support for low-impact development of roof rainwater from existing industrial buildings.
