双层爆炸容器的振动响应特性分析

摘    要:从实验测量和有限元仿真模拟两个方面,对双层结构的爆炸容器的动态响应和振动特性进行分析。通过三维数字图像相关方法(以下简称"DIC"方法),结合应变片测量法,通过获取的双层爆炸容器在不同装药强度工作状态下的三维变形场信息,对容器不同部位的位移-时间曲线进行快速傅里叶变换后。通过分析容器的主要响应频率,确定了爆炸容器的振动频谱分布情况。使用有限元软件(ANSYS)模态分析模块建立容器的有限元模型,获取容器的各阶振动模态的固有频率,确定爆炸容器工作状态下的主要振型和模态分布。实验证明了DIC方法在研究爆炸容器振动领域的可行性和可靠性;并为探索爆炸压力容器的振动特性与爆炸容器安全水平提供了新思路和重要依据。

Abstract:In this paper, from two aspects of experimental measurement and finite element simulation, the explosion vessel of double-layer structure dynamic response and vibration characteristics are analyzed. Through 3 d digital image correlation method (hereinafter referred to as the "DIC" method) combined with the strain gauge measuring method, by getting double explosion vessel in different loading strength three-dimensional deformation field under working state information, the container displacement - time curve from different parts of the fast Fourier transform, through the analysis of the main response frequency of the container, to determine the vibration frequency spectrum distribution of explosion vessel; Using finite element software (ANSYS) modal analysis module to establish finite element model of the container, the container for each order natural frequency of the vibration modal, determine the explosion vessel the working status of the main mode shapes and modal distribution. The DIC method is proved by the experiment on the feasibility and reliability of the explosion vessel vibration field, and to explore the explosion vibration characteristics of pressure vessel and the vessel safety level provides a new way of thinking and the important basis.
