基于Flexsim软件的高层货架入库策略仿真与比较

摘    要:从企业仓储作业中出入库调度策略的需求出发,利用面向对象建模理论和Flexsim仿真软件进行入库策略的建模。给出一种将复杂策略结果映射到仿真模型的方法,并将其应用于仿真实例中。最后,比较两种策略下的仿真运行结果,并进行比较分析,得出两种策略的适用范围,为企业选择调度策略提供依据。

Abstract:According to the requirement of the enterprise for the AS/RS warehouse loading and unloading scheduling strategies, the orientedobject modeling theory and Flexsim software to modeling the strategies is wtilized. A method of mapping the result of complex strategies to the model is provided, then it is applied to the example. In the end, the result of the simulation Model based on the two strategies is compared. By analysizing the result, the applicable area is obtained, is provided the evidence for the enterprise to utilize the different loading and unloading scheduling strategy to themselves is provided.
