摘    要:针对气井产水积液问题,苏里格气田主要采用泡沫排水采气为主。传统的泡沫排水采气工艺通过车载人工加注的方式进行,工人工作量大,施工成本高,气井不易管理。因此,结合现场需求和井口工况,研发了一种可以远程控制、自动投放泡排药剂的装置。通过现场应用,该装置能耗较低,通过太阳能电池板供电,可以满足定时间、定数量、定次数排水采气加药需求,操作方便灵活,能有效降低工人劳动强度和人工成本。该项技术的成功试验,为苏里格气田数字化排水采气提供了一种新技术,应用前景广阔,对苏里格气田高效开发提供了有力技术支撑,达到了预期目标和效果,建议进一步推广应用。

Abstract:In SuLiGe Gas-Field, the foam drainage is the mainSdrainage gas recoveryStechnique.SThe traditional technique is used by vehicle-mounted artificial filling way, so the workers need to pay more intensity of labor, and the construction cost is higher, and the gas well is more difficult to manage. In order to solve these problems, considering the gas well-head conditions, the device which can put in the spherical foam drainage potion automatically by remote-controlling is researched and developed. Through field application, the device has lower power consumption; can meet the demand of drainage by timing or quantitation or number; and can be operated flexibly. By using it, the labor intensity and labor costs can be reduced effectively. Through the successful tests, it provides a new technology in the aspect of drainage gas recovery, and it proves that has a broad prospect, so further popularization and application is suggested now.
