摘    要:中东YD油田在钻井过程中钻遇活跃沥青,沥青的涌出导致了钻井液污染、振动筛跑浆、钻具粘卡等多种复杂情况,给钻井施工带来极大困难,甚至导致部分井段或全井报废,造成了大量经济损失。为解决该项技术难题,开展了沥青固化剂的研究和应用,采用交联固化的方式,在实验室内成功优选了性能良好的固化剂GHJ-9,该固化剂使得沥青的软化点由52℃提高到71℃,沥青在钻具上的粘附率降低到5%以下;同时完成了固化剂对钻井液性能影响的评价实验和对钻具腐蚀的评价试验,证明在10%加量情况下对钻井液性能影响不大,对钻具腐蚀轻微。沥青固化技术在中东YD油田进行了多口井的现场应用,试验结果表明沥青固化剂有效封堵了地层孔隙,并和地层溢出的沥青发生固化反应,使得湿沥青发生了明显的聚结固化现象,成团返出地面,有利于沥青从钻井液的分离和清除,降低了沥青对钻井液性能的影响。GHJ-9固化剂的研究和应用为该地区沥青层的安全钻井提供了新的技术方法。

Abstract:Middle East YD oil field encounters active bitumen in drilling operations and bitumen overflow leads to drilling fluid pollution, vibrating screen overflowing, drill tools sticking and other complex situations which bring big difficulties on the drilling operations and even causes well sections or the whole well abandoned, causing vast economic losses. To solve this technical problem, the research and application of bituminization agent are carried out. With the method of crosslinking curing method, the good performance curing agent GHJ-9 is successfully selected in the laboratory. This curing agent enhances the softening point of bitumen from 52 °C to 71 °C and the bitumen adhesion rate to drilling tools is under 5%; in the meanwhile, the performance affecting tests of curing agent to drilling fluid and corrosion tests of drilling tools are completed, proving that the situation with 10% agent dosage plays little influence on the drilling fluid performance and also the corrosion of drilling tools is slight. Bituminization technology was applied for several wells of the Middle East YD oil field. The experimental results showed that the bituminization agent could effectively seal the formation and have curing reaction with bitumen overflowing from formation, which could obviously make wet bitumen coalescence and curing and back out of the ground with clusters. Therefore, the agent is benefit for bitumen separating from drilling fluid and cleaning and reduces the influence of bitumen to the drilling fluid performance. The research and application of GHJ - 9 bituminization agent provide a new technology for safety drilling in bitumen layers in this region.
