| 摘 要： | 探讨了葛根素对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡的影响.对雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组(HIR)和HIR-葛根素预处理组.肝脏缺血再灌注后,通过Western blot方法,分析大鼠肝脏组织中P21蛋白表达的变化,同时利用Annexin V/PI双染色流式细胞仪,检测肝脏缺血再灌注损伤后肝细胞凋亡率的变化.结果与假手术组相比,大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤后,肝脏组织中P21蛋白表达水平显著升高,肝细胞凋亡率增加;而经过葛根素预处理后,模型组动物肝脏组织中P21蛋白表达水平显著降低,同时肝细胞凋亡率下降.葛根素可能通过调节P21蛋白的表达,抑制肝细胞的凋亡,发挥对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.
