摘    要:为研究考虑目的地机场繁忙程度的航班时刻优化问题,建立了目的地机场繁忙程度矩阵,并对目的地机场繁忙程度进行了分级,在满足延误水平的基础上,以最小的航班运行延误和对目的地机场产生的影响为总目标研究了基于目的地机场繁忙程度的航班时刻优化模型,将所建立的航班时刻优化模型与粒子群算法耦合,并以武汉天河机场为例对航班时刻进行优化。结果表明:优化后进场航班延误降低了48.58%,离场航班延误降低了44.88%,计算结果有效且符合实际。可见优化模型可行,能为机场航班时刻优化和改善延误问题提供重要的理论指导和技术支撑。

Abstract:In order to study the flight schedule optimization considering the busy degree of destination airport, the destination airport busyness matrix was established, and the degree of destination airport busyness was graded. On the basis of meeting the delay level, taking the minimum flight delay and the impact on the destination airport as the overall objective was used to investigate the flight schedule optimization model based on the destination airport busyness. The results show that after optimization, the delay of arrive flight is reduced by 48.58%, and the delay of departure flight is reduced by 44.88%. The calculation results are effective and conform to the practice. It is concluded that the optimization model is feasible, which can provide important theoretical guidance and technical support for airport flight schedule optimization and improvement of the delay problem.
