助滤剂强化剩余污泥脱水技术研究

摘    要:研究了不同类型助滤剂对城市污水处理厂剩余污泥的脱水效果。研究发现,单加无机型助滤剂对剩余污泥的脱水效果优于有机型和表面活性剂型助滤剂,但是沉降性较差。助滤剂ST和阳离子PAM的复配可以大幅度降低泥饼的含水率。当ST用量为2g/L、阳离子PAM用量为0.3%时,泥饼的含水率为75.36%,与不加助滤剂相比,泥饼的含水率降低了12.99%。

Abstract:The dehydration effect for residual sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant by different filtration aids was researched. It showed that dehydration effect only by abio-fihration aid was better than that by organic filtration aid and surfactants, though the sedimentation was worse. Test results demonstrated that, combined use of ST-filtration aid and cationic PAM substantially reduced the moisture content of the cake. At a dosage of 2 g/L of ST and that of 0.3% of cationic PAM, the moisture content of the cake reached 75.36%, which was reduced by 12.99% compared with no filtration aid.
