用HPLC法比较拟野生条件下种植土贝母与生药饮片土贝母中土贝母苷甲的含量

摘    要:活性成分土贝母苷甲是土贝母质量控制指标。为比较拟野生条件下栽培土贝母与市售饮片土贝母中土贝母苷甲的含量。采用RP—HPLC法进行测量。其流动相为65%的甲醇,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长214nm。得到拟野生条件下种植土贝母与市售饮片土贝母中的土贝母苷甲的含量分别为1.776%和1.009%,回收率98.79%,RSD=1.77%(n=5)。拟野生条件下种植的土贝母中土贝母苷甲含量更高。

Abstract:To compare the content of bolbostemmae glycoside A of rhizoma bolbostemmae planted under the condition of pseudo-wild with one by domestic species sold from market,by means of active component, bolbostemmae glycoside A for quality control target is used. The RP-HPLC and 65% methanol for mobile phase were utilized. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 214 nm. It is Considered that the content of bolbostemmae glycoside A of rhizoma bolbostemmae planted under the condition of pseudo-wild and one by domestic species sold from market were 1.776% and 1.009%. The recovery rate was 98.79%,RSD=1.77%(n=5).It is conclued that the content of bolbostemmae glycoside A of rhizoma bolbostemmae planted under the coundition of pseudo-wild was higher than one by domestic species sold from market.
